Just spent 10 days in Vanautu,the first 3 of which, I had no bag, because they left it in Brisbane,when we changed plane,and on getting back to Auckland, i realise some of my things have been taken/stolen/missing from my baggage. They only send the standard apology letter, which to me, is not good enough. i’m not sure about pacific blue mate.
